That's a great idea. Then you will have 24 people who, whenever they see your team, will target you specifically. That's kinda the point here.
If you attack people right before their payout (even if it doesn't benefit you beyond this minute) - it may cost you a lot more in the long run.
The point that everyone is missing (and, indeed, many miss completely IRL) is that what you do - regardless as to the reasons/justification, effects others. The primary point of the OP is simply to keep that in mind and proceed accordingly. Not sure why people are acting like this is a big deal.
