Purchasing issue with crystal packs.

I have been unable to purchase crystal packs from $4.99 - $49.99. (The $99.99 pack seems to want to go through, but I’m not always in a financial position to buy a $100 worth of crystals.) The game tells me that “someone has already purchased the gift for you.” And my options are to remove pending purchase, (which robots the game) or to simply push “ok” (which sends me back to the game.) My guild mates have not purchased any gifts for anyone at this point, so the situation is causing me to fall behind in my character development. And nothing ever shows up in my inbox. This has been going on for a couple weeks now, ever since the gifting started. I can purchase other stuff from the Store with no issues.
