So with that condition you can not go back to fill 600 ticket to your first guild.
Why EA need to do that? Before update is OK as no one complain why change which make people complain.

You are thinking of something else. I am not talking about joining a new guild/join a new raid. It is in the raid itself. I have been with the same guild since I started playing. What I am talking about is a debuff that is applied once the enraged has completed cooldown. It is a health debuff that can't be removed, it is locked to the toons it hits. This is something new to the game content for raids.
