Realistically, a mod inventory cap increase would be nice but would not solve the problem. It would just kick the can down the road a few months/years and soon the people (like me) who are hitting the 500 mod cap will be bumping up to the 1000 mod cap and having to delete every few weeks to make room for more, rinse and repeat.
