Queen Amidala
Does anyone know how to get Queen Amidala? I wasn’t able to get her in the Conquest because I was too low a level. Would there be any chance of getting her a different way. Would she come up for purchase like General Ahsoka Tano?

She is part of Proving Grounds. You need to fulfil the requirements and play her tier to get the shards. You can find several guides about the event on youtube.
If they weren't high enough to do conquest pretty sure they aren't advanced enough to access Proving Grounds. (4m gp minimum).
Is the 4mil gp the only req for proving grounds? I've heard people say you need to complete hard conq mode, and that seems like such a chore to me.
