Question about Platoon Squad and Deployments Update Post

At the end it says: "The last three vertical slices will pull from all available units in the game, with the caveat that any previously excluded units will continue to be excluded." Does this mean ...

You answered your own question. What's the point? That you keep spending money to chase the constantly moving goal posts. At least they're making it more obvious now.
