Question: precise time for raid blackout?

Hi - I was hoping we could get a precise time for the raid blackout from someone in the know. We know it is the 27th, but not what time on the 27th, and that’s important to help us use all our ticket...

ok. so we lose a week of raid rewards. In addition judging by the lack of them telling us what the new rewards will be, I suspect the rewards for the new raid won't add up to all the rewards we would have gotten with the old raids combined in a week. I want to be proven wrong, but the track record for CG isn't good at all when it comes to this sort of stuff.
