I just have hard time understanding why they consistently give as little information as possible and allow rampant speculation to take place. This is easy: August. One time, 6 years ago, they told us we were getting something in August. August came and went, and the raid never came. Then when it did come, it was clear they screwed something up. So no, they just tell us the absolute bare minimum, so when stuff is put into the game we can't say "but you said!"

So, we likely won't even get a forum post with rewards. We'll just have to wait to see it in game.
