Why are sooooo many people whining about zaul? Either find a counter or stop playing. It's only a game at the end of the day

This works without Zavage on the squad. But add Zavage, and you run into a very big problem. He cleanses one other toon every turn. And he cleanses himself when he is critted. So against an all Sith team under Zaul lead, when it gets down to zavage plus one or two other sith, you can't use shock/stun, cuz Savage is cleansing 2/3 of his team every turn. And it is pretty hard for most any shock/stun based squad to kill savage, early. Seems like GK is essential. Wiggs OHKO can work but only with a superior speed modded Fett to go first for the block.
Zavage cleanses an ally no matter if he is shocked, himself. Shock stops him from gaining TM when hit (hopefully not critting him). But it doesn't stop him from cleansing an ally every turn. Then when you target that ally, you have approximately 99% chance of missing, stealthing him, and forcing you to target Zavage, again, critting/cleansing Zavage, and vice versa in a merry-go-round of poking air and getting annihilated. NH lead allows no crits from sith, so it should be one way to deal with Zavage-under-Zaul-lead more expediently. But those shards are not farmable, yet. I have played with 3 star NH lead, and so far it is no dice with my own toons vs Zaul/Zavage. (But it can whoop speedy Wiggs/Boba/Chaze as well as many of the current Rex meta teams!) So for a Zaul-Zavage heavy shard, there are not very many counters that don't include GK +- Rex or uber speed mods.
Every other cleanser is on 3+ round cooldown and can be both stunned or ability blocked. Zavage needs to be killed, and he is pretty hard to take down for a cleanser, especially under Zaul lead. If there is a stun/shock team that can actually beat Zaul Zavage with say EP, DV, and DN with more than 5% success rate, I would like to know more.
