They aren't going to respond because their priority now is finding new suckers, I mean new players to join the game. Loyalty is less of a concern than quality at this point.
CG is just mutating into sub-EA and that means only quantity is important. "Shut up and spend money!" is the mantra.
There don't seem to be actual gamers at CG anymore, only accountants who's priority is revenue. And of course, nothing is talked about by CG unless it's a content release or update. Sure, they tell us about bug fixes, but that's only because what they released breaks something and if people spend less money, they prioritize the fix and then tell us about it so we'll go back to spending again.
At this point I wouldn't trust CG to program my microwave clock. They would end up causing a county-wide power outage.
