R9 reqs

Just wait a month or two. Same thing happened with piett and r8 for executor. CG is just letting it drag out a bit to get ppl to ‘prepare’ by getting the paid packs. No chance CG is going to lock half a year of content to a small fraction of players. They would shoot themselves in the foot. R9 will go to shipments like r8 and r7 did before it. They are just milking the packs first same as always. It lets the big spenders get everything that first month while everyone else collects from shipments for a couple months. Big spenders get stuff immediately. Small spenders get stuff after the big spenders had their moment to lord it over everyone. Have to give whales a reason to spend.
