A quick fix to the basic problem of the legacy raids offering better rewards, would to make the guild track rewards also cumulative....
Won't fix the missing parts of the "same as before" rewards, but would at least make the steaming pile of garbage raid worthwhile to invest.
Never seen such a waste of animation and graphics work ...
