Thanks OP for making a serious post, this is an important topic and constructive solutions are what is needed.

LETS TRY TO KEEP THE CONVERSATION TO THIS THREAD, THERE IS NO REASON TO MAKE DUPLICATE POSTS ON THE SAME SUBJECT!

As always keep the comments within ToS, accusing players of cheating, discussing exploits, etc is not what this should be about.

Try to keep the language PG-13 as well. :|
