Okay, here's another one, even simpler.

Each player can already contribute a maximum of 600 coins per day.

Put in a 24h cooldown, that starts when you leave a guild, before you can either contribute to or participate in a raid.

Unless I've missed something, that one cooldown solves both problems as well.
