My theory on Raids:
There are 7 Tiers to Raids. Each tier has five or six stages. Five or six Guild Members enter a Tier, and then each use their own squad of 5 characters (and maybe a 6th if Ally Characters are supported) to take down their own stage. Everyone who successfully beats their own stage gets Guild Credits.
This is just my best guess.
