If those figures are correct, the number of 50 active members required, the mandatory conditions to trigger event, the energy and gems requirements, all this affecting progression for other activities, etc... Then this game player base will rapidly shrink to a few thousand of nerds who have no job, no childrens, no friends, take no holidays... basically the archetype PC MMOholique. There is a good reason why more mature MMO have schrank from an elitist design like this down to more manageable and smaller guild/raid size.
