Random Clone Shard RNG is GARBAGE

Pretty disheartening when you drop $100 on each clone to unlock them right away, and can't catch new clone shards in the order 66 event. Yet all these guys who haven't paid you guys a dime already ha...

Hm, yes, the RNG is garbage because you didn't get exactly what you wanted right away. That is totally how random drops work.
