Remove the Training Droids data disk and read its description. 

I'll also say it seems the enemies attack more often with counter.  Due to an evasion issue

Except nihilus I am unable to kill any one on conquest what kind of bug is this !  

Now seems ship arena is doing it too

You're definitely not crazy.   They even sent an apology reward this afternoon, but it seems the bug is still not fixed.
