Game is too complicated

Sounds like Candy Crush may be more your speed 

Did it make you feel good about yourself, to be a **bleep** to random people on the forums?

As someone who admittedly is not always QuiGuy’s biggest fan, this isn’t him being a troll. Well, kinda. But not really.

If OP’s biggest problem is not remembering the difference between GAC and TW Omis, then this game is certainly not for them and they’ll likely enjoy a simpler game - like Candy Crush.

That all may be true, but to come to the forums and chastise people for fun is just being a **bleep**.

There are lots of forumers that provide helpful advice (Seedy and others), and then there are clowns like this guy who seem to only exist to make people feel bad. 

I'm with you. It seems like they have nothing better to do all day than troll people who have different opinions. Though sometimes they do give good advice....

I think Quiguy has a point, if SWGOH is getting too complicated for someone, Candy Crush would be more their speed. I don't see how SWGOH is very complicated, you can see zetas and omicrons before you enter a battle, make a couple squads tabs for TW and GAC omicrons if you're struggling to keep track of all the different omis, and take a look at datacrons before you enter battle. If that's too much, then they would be better off playing Candy Crush.

Forgetting that SK's omicrons are for GAC isn't some arcane, hidden, rarely relevant interaction. SK's team was just overhauled recently, so he's at the forefront of the meta and the players' minds. Or should be.

Let’s not forget that this is a mobile game. With games like this, people usually don’t spend hours and hours every day playing it or researching how to stay up to date. Just a few years ago, there were no Omicrons, no Datacrons. Soon we’ll have DCs that only cater to 1 out of 3 game modes. All these features weren’t added to make the game more interesting, but rather because they generate revenue for the developers. It’s far too complicated for a game like this and for the average mobile gamer. Personally, I definitely spend 3 to 4 hours a day on the game, and not just as a guild leader. That's terrible.

Starkiller's been here for a few years now, I understand that with his squad at the top of the meta right now, it might be hard to remember which game mode his omicrons are for, but as I was saying he's been here for a few YEARS, surely you'd know which game mode his omis are for.

If you just stopped at datacrons I'd completely agree with you. Complicated mechanics are fine in this game as long as they are permanent. Datracrons breaking the rules, and often breaking the game, every month is too much uncertainty.
