Guild orders like in TB
Add some kind of system like in TB. Like this we can tell our guild to either not participate in low level guilds, or tell them to not so any damage in the 24 hour phase in rancor heroic

That's basic stuff, Th3. If your members don't even do that, then you should change that, before you demand/request new unnecessary features implemented.
