What a complete and utter failure. They must have been laughing up at CG, asking themselves “what can we call this to make it look like we’re doing good here? Ah, we’ll call it reconciliation!” There is no reconciliation, just a complete and total bullchip solution to their mistake. At least they’ll be spending the next weeks dealing with all the refund requests.
