I really believe that if you want to do this right, you should give people back all the resources spent yesterday for any character. A full rollback. Fragments, gear pieces, crystals, money... Not just what you want. It's your mistake, assume and keep the players happier. Everyone can make mistakes, but you are accumulating too many and we are tired of paying for them.
