Remove Exile already.

So once again grand arena is in a 100% defense meta which is always the worst state of the game. the fact that GLAT with ezra and the Huyang DC can 100 to 0 a GL Leia at r9 with tanky mods and take 1 turn is just ridiculous. Exile should not be a perma locked debuff or not be able to target galactic legends.  And do not get me started on Ezra exile reviving if drogan does 1 shot him.
