Replace Obsolete Characters

PROPOSITION: I think that some of the obsolete, generic characters such as CUP should be reworked into more significant characters, such as Captain Typho. That way the character could keep all their tags and abilities, but also add synergy with some of the stronger factions; in this case, perfect for a Padme lead. You could do the same for Mob Enforcer, Jedi Knight Guardian, Clone Seargent, etc. Thoughts?

    I'm not against the idea per se, but I believe CG could make more money just by creating the toon "Captain Typho" instead of converting CUP into "Captain Typho".

    Even if they were to use CUP as the base, "copy & paste" isn't expensive. :)
