Ignoring the Phoenix bit, because I'm hoping there's going to be something to counter it, or an event for Thrawn when his novel drops, I just have this to say:
Kylo isn't Sith. Never was. It'd be like putting Jorj Car'das into the game and demanding you give him a Jedi tag. Just because a character can use use the Force and has an alignment doesn't mean they fall into a Jedi/Sith black and white category, ktah.
