Y'all turned this chat into a divisive sort of contest as if there could only be one fanbase. Take a step back and realize that the original post here was sympathetic and began with thanking the devs. Maybe "we" meaning every player here regardless of personally beloved content ought to think ab more than just themselves.
I personally hate the idea of putting in pheonix squad at this present moment. I agree that the devs promised us dark side toons and then went right back to the rebels they love so much. That doesnt mean I dont want pheonix to appear. I think it would be much cooler to release them leading up to ep. 8 before we get a ton of new FO and resistance content.
However, this is not the path the devs have decided to take. Everybody deserves their moment to be upset ab it if they are, but its ab time to move on and deal with it. Still a lot of content to play around with.
