Then you wouldn't be adding the synergy for the expose that gives the Resistance their unique fighting style.
I think it would be way more fun to keep the 5 together as a team then switch out toons like everyone's has in Arena. Clones, Resistance, Genosian, and even nightsisters should be self contained :)
