The point the other posters are making is that some characters have strong counters that can take them out easily, but on the flip side there are teams that just won’t work against certain characters. Such as in your case above.
Now, you could learn something from the more experienced players who have kindly offered advice. Or, you could scoff at them and demand the game mechanics be changed to your specifications.
