And my BH squad is pretty limited atm, I only have 5 characters I could get to 7 stars without an insane amount of grinding. (Boba Fett, Cad Bane, IG-88, Greedo, and Sam Wesell). It's definitely not the best BH squad one could make, but hopefully it'll do for now.
As you said, it's not the best team, but I do think it will do for now. Bounty Hunters are pretty good in general.
Also on a side note, for things like territory war and Grand arena, I personally uphold the rule that anything below 5 star and gear level 11 is almost useless in these events, but anything at that level or above can be used. (with some exceptions on the star level). Probably a good rule to have for you as well (then again I just entered division 1 with grand arena and have 4,6+ million GP roster so.... take it with a grain of salt)
Uh oh, I only have 3 characters at gear lvl 10...
I find it extremely hard to upgrade gear in this game!"Ichiraikou;c-2099912" wrote:

and I just realized that since you are level 82, you don't even know what grand arena is yet (since you unlock it at lvl 85), making me a bit of an ****. Apologies for the confusion.
Ha, it's okay.- The grind is insane in this game. I just spent almost 8 million gold, (all I had saved up these past few days), to upgrade a few mods and get 5 BH up to lvl 75!

Wait till the point you upgrade a character from lvl 1 to 85 at once. As then you actually get to see that that costs a little under 7 million gold. But that is the nature of the game. Not to mention, as you get higher, you unlocked more and more methods of gaining gold and gear. That does help, thou the game will always have quite the grind. But that's the nature of the game. It wouldn't exactly be any fun to unlock all charters at the max in one week either. - OP, when I started and for prob close to the first year the biggest mistake I made was spreading myself thin with resources and jumping around all over the place with no real focus.
The best thing I’ve done the past couple years was to put a plan together and focus on one team at a time and be doing so with a purpose. I’m going to take “x” squad to “y” level so I can do “z” with them.
You can always work on other things outside that main focus, as long as it doesn’t drastically conflict with it. Shards for a character in a store for instance.
Also, once to hit a certain level your arena team should always be your main focus, especially if you’re FTP as those crystals speed up everything you do and gives you more choices.
That’s just my general approach, you can find specific in a few guides online.

Credits (gold) are an early and mid-game problem. You will reach a point where you've basically taken everyone you need to level 85, and you'll have nothing to spend credits on other than mods."Sebek;c-2100182" wrote:

Also can I ask another question? How long did it take you guys to get to a good point in the game? I felt like I was grinding a ton over the past 3 months, I play a good amount each day while listening to music or watching tv, I complete all the daily challenges every day and I come back to sim specific battles when I get bonus energy...how long does it take to become 'good' in your eyes? This is an INSANELY grindy game, and it's really hard to upkeep my four main squads because my main Phoenix squad was started way before the others, and it's been hard to bring the other squads up to my main without having to use resources on my main to keep up with my growing level. Do you guys have tips? Right now I'm trying to level up four squads: my main Phoenix squad, a clone trooper squad, an empire squad, and a bounty hunter squad, but it's really hard to divide my resources among 20 characters at once, but if I dont they'll fall behind and I'll only have the Phoenix squad as a genuine squad.
Sorry if that was worded terribly!
You got to Level 82 in 3 months, that taked me a Month or something like that
I wouldn't take him too seriously, he said he loves the sequels :P
Is it bad? Also seriously
Also didn't spend
Potentially miss-remembering?
Level 82 with a 850 crystal spend per day (6 normal energy and 3 cantina energy refreshes) including all bonus energy collected and leveling energy included takes 75.8 days and a further 20 days to level 85.
Considering the max daily crystal income before level 60 when ships unlock is ~600 and that would rely on you consistently hitting first in area (without spending) and subsequently consistently hitting first in ships also without spending?
There was a brief period after the new starter guild announcement where they gave away experience like candy for quests but even that wouldn't have covered getting to lvl 80+ in a month.
These days realistic time frame for leveling f2p is 22.5 days to level 60 (with 1 cantina and 2 normal refreshes for 200 crystals a day). After opening ships and being able to do 1 extra normal energy refresh per day you can get from lvl 60 to 80 in ~60 days, then from 80 to 85 another ~40 days. You're looking at a total of ~122 days to level 85 f2p, minus a couple for bonus refreshes and xp you pick up here and there.- op, there are some chars like kru, nest and nightsisters for example that need to have certain counters, like mentioned above. it's just a strategy thing you have to be aware of is all. glgl
