Restore purchases isn’t working in galaxy of heroes
I previously purchased the hyperdrive bundle for galaxy of heroes and I decided to start over but I’m not able to restore that purchase now even though it says it’s a one time purchase.

The restore purchases option doesn't undo a purchase. It's there to help push content through if the content got stuck/didn't deliver after making a purchase.
