Rework: Jedi Knight Anakin

I pretty much agree with these sentiments and came here to make this thread if nobody else did.
HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE CHOSEN ONE
His kit is just really bad right now and it makes him play...just...weird. You pretty much only want to use his AoE after a teammate dies to get a decent effect....which means that his kit is bad for both raids AND GW and is also not powerful enough for arena either.
Considering how difficult he was/is to farm, and overall character notoriety, he should be more powerful.
Idea for passive: EVEN THE YOUNGLINGS: Jedi Knight Anakin deals 50% more damage on targets below 50% health. In addition, Anakin gains OU and Critical Damage Up on Killing blows.
This would make him great at finishing low health targets and would allow him to build momentum. Crit damage up would also have great synergy with his high crit rating at G11.
