If you can't beat GAS, something is very wrong. How are your mods? Relics? Datacron?

Yeah, agree there. Need a bit of context here. How's your modding? Are you using g12 DS clones vs all relic 501st? DS clones under LV should have no problem against GAS.

What are the best mods for LV?

I looked up SWGOH.gg and it suggested speed and health primary mods - speed arrow with triangle, plus and circle all prot.  I was surprised the arrow was speed recommended and not prot with speed secondary.  Suggestions?  

R9 LV w r7 clones lmao against a r8 GAS team though they did have CRex in 5th slot but I wouldn't think that would make much of a differance

I primarily use health mods w speed secondaries and those are all completely maxed

Appo wants some offense for the aoe feeding off of LV dots, Cx does as well if i remember since cx had dodge mastery can get away a bit with less 

use case, he works quite well in ROTE, TW, sorry for your GAC trubles but he is a stalwart of my GAC defense

Best is subjective. Speed junkies will always go speed cuz speed is never bad to have. 

I leaned into his mastery and went with offense mods to take advantage of his damage and def pen
