Rework: Royal Guard - With Palpatine Synergy

The Emperors finest reporting for duty!
This is a partial Royal Guard rework including new synergies to serve and protect his Imperial leader and provide Palpatine some much needed survivability.
Including:
- Tweaked Basic
- Fully Reworked Special
- Adapted Unique;
- and a Brand New Unique 'Serve the Emperor'

Royal Guard

Character Description:
Versatile Tank dispels his enemies and strives to defend his Imperial Leader
Affiliations:
Dark Side, Empire, Tank
Force Pike (BASIC)
Deal Physical Damage to Target enemy and inflict Speed Down for 2 Turns, with an 85% chance to Stun the target. Palpatine gains 5% Protection for each debuff inflicted by this ability.
Imperial Phalanx (SPECIAL)
Dispel all enemies of all Positive Status Effects and reduce the Cooldowns of all buffed Imperial allies by 1 Turn. If Emperor Palpatine is present he gains 5% Protection and 10% Turn Meter for each living Imperial Unit. (Cooldown: 4 Turns)
Unyielding Defender (UNIQUE)
Royal Guard gains Taunt for 1 Turn whenever an ally falls below 50% Health. In addition, whenever Royal Guard takes a turn, he cleanses Palpatine of all debuffs and loses 3% Max Health for each debuff removed.
Serve the Emperor (UNIQUE)
If Emperor Palpatine is present he gains Health equal to 25% of Royal Guards Max Health and +35% Defence. In addition, if Palpatine is present, Royal Guard Taunts for 1 turn at the beginning of an encounter and whenever Emperor Palpatine uses a Special Ability.
