Not a fan of the turn meter change based on imperial units. Hes not even an imperial units himself. At least go for generic empire as hes not an imperial trooper himself.
Especially as It doesnt exactly encourage Vader usage, who whilst you dont want synergy necessarily with royal guards, still makes more sense than other soldiers. And giving synergy with other units discourages vader usage.
