Rework Vader to be comparable to CLS

It's silly to have CLS so much more powerful than some of the most powerful baddies in the Star Wars universe. Vader needs a rework (another zeta) and so does Palpatine. Give some love to two characte...

Yep. It's time for Vader to get some love. Vader would destroy CLS 100% of the time outside of this game universe. I see a CLS with 22,458 power....that's just....not accurate. And dumb.
