Is this a joke ? Silvo shards drop rate

No. It's really not. When you roll a d20 you're not guaranteed to get a nat 20 once every 20 rolls. Sometimes you get 2 20s in a row. Sometimes you go 68 times with no 20s at all before you get one. 

This is how the "random" in "random number generator" works. 

The drop rate is ~1 in 3. You're getting ~1 in 10. Over 30 trials that's not crazy. We've all gone 0/10 or 0/15 before. This is getting a really bad start and then the next 15-20 are below average. That's it. Nothing that weird.
