Thank god finally. His usage is dropping on GG. Looks like Thrawn and the empire are staring to gain traction.

Sat in 3rd all day with Tarkin. Now I'm 45 min to payout and haven't used a battle.
I guess it depends of each shard, on mine everybody is kicked out of top 10.
