On assist she should not be able to proc foresight off of her basic attack. I just played a game where she never dropped foresight the entire match because of assists and phasma leader skill, even...

I get his point, basically hes saying the game is at a stage were your forced to use certain characters because there is no comparable alternative that can do that kind of damage. Sure you can use several other characters and still be successful in reaching top rank but those other characters aren't going to hold as well as the set meta character will.

I don't think Rey needs nerfed but there needs to be other consistent damage dealers like her in each race.
