Rey is totally busted.

On assist she should not be able to proc foresight off of her basic attack. I just played a game where she never dropped foresight the entire match because of assists and phasma leader skill, even...

At what gear level? Max? Because at lower levels I know that's not true. Both yoda and Dooku are faster. But even maxed, I know a little brown robed dude who disagrees with you.

Rey and Leia are 164, Dooku and Sid are 161, Yoda is 157 speed.

I don't think Rey is a problem, I'm just trying to keep the facts straight.

While this is true for base stats, there are a number of characters that can make the their squadmates go before them due to leader and unique skills.
