Unable to purchase items on Web Store

I've been trying to buy the Basic Conquest pass on the web store for a couple of days now. 
I've been met with the "oops try again later" error each time. Attempted to log out and in, incognito etc but with no luck. Never had issues purchasing items on the Web Store before.

Any further suggestions?
