On the other hand - how much less would people bother spending on the game if they could easily get the new content for free?

CG is pushing the envelope with this one, I guess. I don’t play many other games so can’t really compare. I’m guessing that the 2nd recurring event in the calendar this month will be CLS, as their way of throwing F2P players a bone
