I just posted on Reddit, and I found one planner there, but I didn't understand it.

I guess I don't understand the core mechanics. If we fill part of an op in phase 1, do we get another try at it in phase 2? In general, are we better off just all piling into one planet until getting a star (or pre-loading until almost at one star)?
