RNG becoming too much

I'm going to call you on this...

 In Number 2, if you're in reference to the Knightfall Era Battles, it sounds like it's a mod issue. I know when I had my "original" or "default" mods on Appo and CX-2, I couldn't complete Tiers 5 and 6. But when I crafted a mod set to get them as fast as possible (and some other criteria), I was able to 1 star the event. It takes a little while, but it can be done.

These are the mods that I'm using, and I can complete Tiers 5 and 6.

As for Number 1... do you really think someone with a 2-star new character has an unfair advantage? A character that people will get within a week as long as they complete the Marquee event. If that 2-star character earns somebody a hold in GAC, I would have to give it to them because I sincerely doubt that it gives anyone that much of an advantage.
