Rogue Archaeologist Event

This event isn't under Individual Events so I will ask here:

How did you get past Teir 1? All I have heard is it is up to RNG. If so, this is about as frustrating as the GAS event.
  • Finally got lucky enough to get through it. Worst event so far IMO.

It is a really frustrating one to be sure and a lot of it is RNG dependent but you need to have the right mods as well. Try to stack up as much protection and health (and speed) as possible.

Also use the first special on Greedo and then hope you manage to survive to get +20 atacks of ransom before using the second special ability. The rest of the tiers are easier at least.
  • It's a little GAS T4 esq in P1 but just need some dodges. Took me about 20-25 times before it worked out
  • All right, will just keep at it until it clicks. Thanks.

Guess I got lucky. Took me three attempts with gl mods. I do have r7 hondo for operations. Found targeting greedo first helped
  • I put JMK Speed/health mods on him. Not sure if it actually did anything.

GAS still takes the cake imo. That T4 was maddening.

Yeah, I just finished it. Gave all my best mods to the squads. R5 on droideka rest was g 12. All the zetas but unique from the nightsister leader. Cant remember her name atm. I would say a good 70 attempt. Probably more.

    Ventress. Assaj Ventress.

That's also a weaker than usual team you ran. I think I had 3 relic toons when I did it (although all were low relic, they were still relic'd). Not saying it would not still have required good RNG and multiple attempts, but it certainly would have been less frustrating than the way you did it.

    I salute your perseverance.
