RoTE Operations

Is there a plan in the works to be able to focus or prohibit engagement on individual units within character operations across RoTE?

Currently, only the entire node as a whole can have its engagement level set, which disrupts the planning required across the RoTE TB week. The ability to focus and prohibit individual unit placements would allow the majority of units to be filled in each operation without completing sectors earlier than guild leaders and officers would like, allowing for better use of guild GP for each phase
