You need his leader...Emperor. Shock him or any taunter...then they can't taunt. Just gotta watch the speed mods on STHan that let him get it quick. That's my strategy. Shock STHan if possible. Knock some protection off of another toon. Shock RG...then hit whoever to get below 50%. StHan still taunts even when shocked...it's a bug imo. He shouldn't taunt if shocked since it's ignored.
Of course some use AOE guys so don't care about RG. There are workarounds to him. I think Ability Block should kill the auto-taunt too, but it doesn't. Another bug around taunting imo.
