My Rey's flurry fails while enemy/AI blows up my GS. Then when I finally brings down Rey...RG pops his robe and taunts.

I mean yeah, there's a ton of completely unplayable tanks. FOST, Finn, JKG, Plo Kloon and Stormtrooper for example, and many more.
I'm just saying of the tanks played at the top of arena (ST Han, Poe, Sun Fac, RG), RG is at the bottom of the pack. Being at the bottom of the top tier is still really good, just not the best.
