He's not OP, he is the easiest tank to deal with. His auto taunt simple adds some tactics to your approach like you should have. If you don't like that he makes it nearly impossible to just auto an arena fight then that's your fault for not treating this game for what it is, a tactics game. Toons have strengths and weaknesses and you simply have to deal with it. Their are cases where toons are overpowered, but RG has never been one.
