Savage Oppress' "Overpower" Special No Longer Unavoidable?

If you look at 6:49 in the video it shows the description of Savage's Overpower and it still says it can't be evaded. "Deal physical damage to target enemy and gain critical chance up and critical damage up for 3 turns on a finishing blow. If the target has 50% health or below, this attack deals massive damage and can't be evaded."

But 50% health means that the health bar would have to be yellow, and it was green, so that would explain the dodge.
