Savage Oppress' "Overpower" Special No Longer Unavoidable?

This video shows at 8:10 Savage's "Overpower" can now be dodged. So one of the most useless abilities didn't get a buff but a trade-off! Yay! Three Cheers For Tyranny!!! https://m.youtube.com/watch...

Maul had a green health bar with is over 50% health, not a bug
